Welcome to GIH Solar and this beautiful 3-room vacation apartment, featuring S-Bahn access and private single garage parking place (5€/night) on the property.

This spacious apartment is perfect for 4–6 adults or families and stands out for its excellent amenities:

• 1 comfortable sofa bed in the living area (140 x 200 cm)

You can easily reach the A9 and A92 motorways, and Munich Airport is just a 10-minute drive away. There are 2 free parking spaces available (1 lockable garage for 1 car + 1 additional parking space directly in front of the garage). If you prefer public transport, no problem! The S-Bahn station in Eching is only a 2-minute walk away, and you can reach Munich city center in just 20 minutes without changing trains.

The spacious living area features a large Smart TV. The kitchen, which is adjacent to the living area, is fully equipped with everything you need: stove, oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. Plates, cutlery, and cooking utensils are provided in sufficient quantity so you can enjoy preparing delicious meals.

The apartment can accommodate 4–6 people with two bedrooms and a generous living area. Each bedroom has a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), and the living area has a pull-out sofa bed (140 x 200 cm).

Of course, we provide 2 towels per guest and freshly laundered bed linen.

We also cater to little ones: if you are traveling with a toddler, please let us know before arrival so we can provide a high chair and a travel cot.

You will enjoy a bathroom with a bathtub, including a glass partition for showering.

The entire apartment is equipped with free high-speed Wi-Fi, and a washing machine (located in the basement), iron, and ironing board are also available.

Cancellation policy

For short stays of up to 27 nights, cancellation is free until five days before check-in. After that, one additional night is charged in full and 50% of the remaining unused nights is refunded. For check-ins from 19 September to 4 October 2026, 9–13 November 2026 and 10–15 January 2027, the 14/7 event policy shown during booking applies. For long stays of 28 nights or more, cancellation is free until 30 days before check-in; after that, the first 30 nights are non-refundable. The terms shown in the final booking step and included in the booking confirmation apply. Airbnb and Booking.com reservations are governed by the policy shown on the respective platform.
