Located in a quiet area, it impresses with an open layout, high-quality furnishings, and many small extras that make your stay especially enjoyable.

Upon entering, you are welcomed by a spacious entrance area that immediately conveys a friendly, open feel. Just ahead is the bright dining area – perfect for shared breakfasts or cozy dinners.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, kettle, and toaster. Plates, cutlery, and cooking utensils are provided in plenty, so you can easily prepare your favorite meals.

The adjacent living and sleeping area is stylishly designed. A modern slatted partition visually separates the cozy sleeping area with a comfortable king-size bed (180 × 200 cm).
