This 2-room apartment has been newly furnished with great attention to detail and is ideal for business trips or family vacations. You will feel completely at home here. The apartment is located on the top floor of a multi-family building – perfectly situated!

You can easily reach the A9 and A92 motorways, and Munich Airport is just a 10-minute drive away. One free parking space on the property is available. If you prefer public transport, no problem! The S-Bahn station in Eching is only a 2-minute walk away, and you can reach Munich city center in just 20 minutes without changing trains.

The spacious living area features a large Smart TV with a free premium Netflix account. The kitchen, adjacent to the living area, is fully equipped with everything you need: stove, oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, and sparkling water maker. Plates, cutlery, and cooking utensils are provided in sufficient quantity so you can enjoy preparing delicious meals.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people with one bedroom and a generous living area. There is a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) in the bedroom and another king-size bed in the living area (180 x 200 cm) for a restful sleep.

Of course, we provide 2 towels per guest and freshly laundered bed linen. You will also enjoy a bathroom with a bathtub, including a glass partition for showering.

We also cater to little ones: if you are traveling with a toddler, please let us know before arrival so we can provide a high chair and a travel cot.

The entire apartment is equipped with free high-speed Wi-Fi, and a washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also available.
