This unique 120 m² holiday apartment is located in a former gymnasium and impresses with its distinctive character and rich history. The original wooden gym floor has been preserved and gives the space a warm, authentic atmosphere as well as an impressively spacious feeling.

As soon as you enter through the main entrance, you are greeted by the bright, open main hall of the former gym. Large windows let in plenty of natural daylight, creating a friendly, open, and welcoming atmosphere throughout the apartment.

To the left of the entrance, around the corner, you will find the open kitchen, which flows seamlessly into the dining area. The dining space is located in the front part of the apartment and invites you to cook, eat, and spend quality time together. The kitchen is equipped with basic essentials, ensuring you have everything you need for your stay.

Straight ahead from the entrance is the cozy living area with a comfortable sofa. Directly behind it is the first sleeping area, subtly separated from the living space by a stylish slatted wall, while still preserving the open loft feel. A second sleeping area follows, which is visually divided by a regular wall. It remains part of the overall open and harmonious layout of the apartment.

To the right from the entrance, passing the living and sleeping areas, you reach the spacious bathroom. It features a shower and offers plenty of space and comfort. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.
