This 4-room garden apartment has been newly furnished on a grand scale with great attention to detail and is ideal for business trips or family vacations. You will feel completely at home here. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in a detached two-family house and extends over two floors.

On the ground floor, you will find the apartment entrance, a guest WC, a workspace, the open-plan living area, the kitchen, and the terrace. A staircase inside the apartment (see photos) leads down to the lower level, where the bathrooms and bedrooms are located.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that one bathroom is a walk-through room. Be sure to review the detailed floor plans of both levels! You can find them in the photos under “Additional photos”.

In the spacious living area, you’ll find a large Smart TV and surround sound system. The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: stove, oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and soda maker. Dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils are provided in ample quantities so you can enjoy preparing delicious meals.

The apartment accommodates up to six guests in three bedrooms. Two king-size beds (180 × 200 cm) and one queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) ensure a restful night’s sleep. Families are well taken care of, too: a high chair for toddlers and a wooden baby crib with a high-quality baby mattress are available.

You’ll also appreciate the two separate WCs with washbasins, a small shower bathroom, and a main bathroom with washbasin and bathtub featuring a glass partition for showering.

Adjacent to the living area is a dedicated home office space with a desk, height-adjustable swivel chair, desk lamp, desk mat, and plenty of power outlets for laptops and other devices—perfect for productive work.

The entire apartment is equipped with free high-speed Wi-Fi. A washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board are also available for your convenience.
