Upon entering, you’ll step into the vestibule, where you can conveniently leave shoes and jackets. From here, the bright entrance area opens up, giving you an immediate sense of spaciousness.

To the left, you’ll find the large U-shaped kitchen – with plenty of counter space, a spacious fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, and all essential cooking utensils. It’s perfect for cooking and enjoying meals together.

To the left of the entrance area is the open living and dining area. The large dining table seats up to 8 people – ideal for shared meals or social evenings. The cozy sofa bed (140 x 220 cm) and Smart TV invite you to relaxed movie nights. From here, you can step directly onto the balcony, where comfortable seating awaits.

Straight ahead and to the right, you’ll find the two bathrooms and the bedrooms. Both bathrooms are spacious and equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet – one also has a dryer.

Next, you reach the two bright bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, dressers, and clothes racks for your belongings. Both rooms have direct access to the balcony – perfect for starting the day with a coffee in the morning sun.

A special highlight is the small spiral staircase in the entrance area, which leads to the upper floor. There you’ll find two additional king-size beds and storage space for clothing. The upper area is a lovely retreat and makes the apartment ideal for larger groups.
